NCLL OFFERS BEADING CLASS

MARQUETTE, Mich.—The Northern Center for Lifelong Learning will offer a course titled “Creating with Beads” at 6 p.m. Thursday, June 2, at Bella Beads on Washington Street in Marquette.
Leila Martin, owner of Bella Beads, will explain techniques for creating quality jewelry using terms and tools of the trade. Participants will also be able to create a piece of jewelry. The cost is based on the piece selected: $15 for a bracelet or $30 for a necklace. Register by May 27 by contacting Jan Hruska at 225-1871.
