NCLL Explores Independent Living Alliance

MARQUETTE, Mich.—The Superior Alliance for Independent Living, which provides services for people with disabilities throughout the Upper Peninsula, will be the topic of a Northern Center for Lifelong Learning program on Wednesday, April 11. The event runs from 2-4 p.m. in room 101-B of the Superior Dome.
Jessica Wolf, transition outreach specialist with SAIL, will present a detailed overview of the programs and advocacy services and demonstrate assistive devices that maintain and enhance independent living skills.
The program is free for NCLL members and $5 for non-members. Register by Wednesday, April 4, by calling 227-2979.
