Local Harvest Dinner at NMU

            MARQUETTE, Mich.—A dinner featuring dishes inspired by local harvest foods will be offered by Northern Michigan University’s Dining Services. It will be held from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 7, in the Marketplace, the campus dining facility adjoining Gant, Spalding, Payne and Halverson Halls. The meal is open to the public and costs $9.50 per person.

            Dining Services will showcase meals made from ingredients collected from Michigan and the Midwest region and highlight its ongoing commitment to supporting local businesses through its food-purchasing practices.
