MARQUETTE, Mich.--Northern Michigan University President David Haynes will deliver his fall convocation to faculty, staff and interested students on Wednesday, Aug. 21. The address is scheduled at 4 p.m. in 102 Jamrich Hall.    The convocation celebration is the university's traditional kickoff of the academic year. Paul Lang, provost and vice president for academic affairs, and Larry Pagel, chair of the Academic Senate, will also offer brief remarks. The convocation address  is open to the public.
