Makeshift Prodigy Performs at NMU
MARQUETTE— Makeshift Prodigy will perform at Northern Michigan University at 8:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 5, in the Great Lakes Rooms of the University Center.
Makeshift Prodigy is a five-piece indie-rock band from Chicago known for its energetic and rhythmic-driven music. It formed in 2008 and has released three albums, including Illuminate (2012), Mathematica (2010) and Welcome to the World (2008). The band was part of Chicago's Grant Park Lollapalooza lineup in August.
The concert is free for NMU students with ID and is $2 for the general public. Tickets can be purchased at the door.
Northern Arts and Entertainment is sponsoring the event.
