NMU Hosts Holiday-Themed Meals
MARQUETTE, Mich.— Northern Michigan University’s Dining Services will host a holiday lunch and a holiday dinner before the end of the semester. Both are open to the public.
The holiday dinner is scheduled from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 3, in the Marketplace. It consists of a shrimp cocktail display, prime rib au jus, toasted four cheese ravioli with marinara, baked potato, steamed vegetables, holiday themed desserts and eggnog. The vegan and vegetable station will serve stuffed Portobello with corn and tomato. Cost is $9.50 for adults and $5.25 for children.
A lunch with holiday-themed dishes will be offered from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday, Dec. 9, in the Wildcat Den. The cost is $8.50 for adults, $4.75 for children.
