MARQUETTE--The Northern Michigan University Regional Police Academy will host an informational meeting for those planning to participate in the 2014 academy. There are two options, both beginning at 5 p.m. in room 132 of the Jacobetti Complext on Sugarloaf Avenue. One is Tuesday, Dec. 3, and the other is Wednesday, Dec. 4. 

The purpose of the meeting is to distribute the MCOLES application packet, provide the timeline that specific materials need to be turned in, discuss financial aid and answer questions. The next academy will run from May 4-Aug. 19.
