MARQUETTE, Mich.--The next Northern Michigan University psychology colloquium will focus on rehabilitation for those who suffer from upper limb paralysis caused by brain injury using haptic (touch) devices in a virtual environment.
Master's degree candidate Samantha Wagner will present "Haptic and Exoskeleton Devices for Neurorehabilitation of Upper Limb Paralysis: A State of Art and A Night Landing Task." Her talk is scheduled at 3:10 p.m. Friday, March 28, in 167 Gries Hall. The public is invited.
