MARQUETTE, Mich.- Emily Allen of Ravenna is the recipient of the Jacob Vinocur Pre-Med Endowment at Northern Michigan University for the 2014-2015 academic year.

In order to qualify for the scholarship students must be an outstanding student enrolled in the pre-med program at NMU.

The Jacob Vinocur Pre-Med Endowment Fund was established to honor Jacob Vinocur, former advisor to the pre-med program at NMU.
