Panick Receives NMU Scholarship

MARQUETTE, Mich. — Jonie Panick of Kingsford is the recipient of the Lorna Weddle Scholarship at Northern Michigan University for the 2014-2015 year.
To be eligible for the scholarship students must be pursuing a degree in office administration or business education. Applicants must have completed one full-time semester of undergraduate study and have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher. Preference is given to students from the Upper Peninsula.
The Lorna Weddle Scholarship was established in 1984 by the faculty, administration, former students and friends in honor of Lorna Weddle, former head of the Business Administration Department.
