MARQUETTE, Mich.- Morgan Kangus of Manistique is the recipient of the James H. Wills Scholarship at Northern Michigan University for the 2014-2015 academic year.

To qualify for the scholarship students must be a full-time student with a minimum grade point average of 2.5 and a graduate of an Upper Peninsula high school

The James H. Wills Scholarship was established in 1991 by James H. Wills, a 1967 graduate of Northern Michigan University.
