MARQUETTE, Mich.  – Phillip Talsma of Skandia is the recipient of the Jilbert Dairy Scholarship at Northern Michigan University for the 2014-2015 academic year.

            Selection was based on Upper Peninsula students whose families are in the agriculture business. 

The Jilbert Dairy Scholarship was established in 2001 by the President of Jilbert Dairy, John Jilbert. Jilbert Dairy is one of the largest dairies in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula.
