MARQUETTE, Mich. – Margaret Saelens of Rockford is the recipient of the Harry A. Rajala Scholarship at Northern Michigan University for the 2014-2015 academic year.

            Selection was based on juniors enrolled in the School of Education with a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.  

The Harry A. Rajala Endowed Scholarship was established in 2002 by Jeanette Skinnard Bowden, in honor of Harry A. Rajala in recognition of his many years of distinguished service and assistance as registrar to countless students at Northern Michigan University.
