NMU Earns CACUBO's Best Practices Award
MARQUETTE, Mich. —NMU received a third-place Best Practices Award from the Central Association of College and University Business Officers (CACUBO) for its proposal, “Developing and Using a Performance Measures Dashboard.” The $1,500 award will be distributed by the NMU Foundation as a student scholarship.

CACUBO’s Best Practices Award program recognizes new approaches to problems facing college and university business operations. It is intended to showcase efforts in creating better, more efficient and customer-friendly business practices. Northern’s proposal highlighted the process used in developing the university’s knowledge management system and how executive management uses it for decision-making.
