Students Present Research on Political Economy

Northern Michigan University students enrolled in an international political economy course will present research papers addressing “The Future of Political Economy: Cooperation or Conflict?” The event will take place at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 15, in Mead Auditorium in the West Science Building. The public is invited.
The students will address dynamic ways in which markets, states and societies interact within a context of globalization. They will also analyze the following historical and contemporary issues: national security; economic governance; and energy, environmental and human security.
