NCLL Offers 'Political Primer'

The Northern Center for Lifelong Learning will present "A Political Primer in a Year of Political Phenomena" from 6-7:45 p.m. Tuesday, July 12, in room B101 of the Superior Dome.

Thomas Baldini, Marquette city commissioner, NMU adjunct instructor and former state and federal government appointee, will bring participants up to date on the state primary and national convention process. He will address bound/unbound delegates, how the party platform is defined, nominations, petitions what happens after the first ballot, how the number of delegates per state is determined and more.
