The Northern Michigan University Regional Police Academy will host an informational meeting at 10 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 29, at Bay College. The 45-minute session will be held in room 221 of the Bonifas Building. 

Presenters will address Michigan Commission on Law Enforcement Standards (MCOLES) requirements to enter the academy and NMU requirements. They will also provide an overview of the academy format and areas of emphasis before a question-and-answer period.
