The Second City comedy group will perform at Northern Michigan University on Friday and Saturday, Sept. 30-Oct. 1. Based in Chicago and rooted in improvisational games, The Second City has produced some of the industry’s best-known talent, including Steve Carell, Stephen Colbert and Tina Fey.

Doors will open at 7 p.m. and the show begins at 8. Tickets are $2 for NMU students and $5 for the public. They can be purchased at all NMU EZ Ticket outlets, online at nmu.edu/tickets or by calling 227-1032. The show may contain mature content.

The performance is sponsored by Northern Arts and Entertainment. It is funded by the Student Activity Fee and the Student Finance Committee.
