The Northern Michigan University Jazz Band and Jazz Combo will perform at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 28, in Reynolds Recital Hall. Admission is free. 

The ensembles will present a variety of music by artists such as Billy Strayhorn, Hoagy Carmichael, David Berger and Alan Ferber. The program will also highlight a number of new works by NMU student composers. Music professor Mark Flaherty is the director.
