During his fall convocation, NMU President Fritz Erickson reminded faculty and staff that they play a vital role in recruitment and retention. Employees can learn how to become more actively engaged in both, share ideas and find out what the university is doing to enhance these efforts at an Enrollment Information Fair. The fair will be an open house format—no presentations—with table displays and representatives from several areas available to answer questions. The following areas will participate: Admissions; Athletics; Diversity and Inclusion; Extended Learning and Community Engagement (Global Campus, concurrent, international); Graduate Education; Institutional Research; Retention; ROTC; and Marketing and Communications.
