The Wildcat Wellness Health Fair will take place from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 13, in the Great Lakes Rooms of the University Center. The event is hosted by the Northern Michigan University Health Promotion Society and the School of Health and Human Performance.

The fair will offer faculty, staff and students various health screenings, healthy food samples, refreshments, prizes and information on a wide variety of topics. Examples of past displays and screenings include blood pressure and glucose screenings, body fat assessments, blood donation information and Rape Aggression Defense System demonstrations. 

The event is free to attend. NMU employees are allotted one hour of release time to attend the event.
