The Northern Michigan University Music Department will host a concert featuring the NMU Orchestra at 3 p.m. Saturday, April 14, in Reynolds Recital Hall. The event is free and open to the public.

The orchestra will perform a variety of musical selections, including “Procession of the Nobles” by Rimsky-Korsakov, “Festival Overture” by Dmitri Shostakovich and the final movement of the “New World Symphony” by Antonin Dvorak. The NMU Orchestra is directed by Barbara Rhyneer.
