Celebration of Student Scholarship April 12
Northern Michigan University's 23rd Annual Celebration of Student Scholarship will be held on Thursday, April 12. Featured scholarship can take the form of research in the sciences, social sciences or humanities, as well as visual and performance art.
The event kicks off with awards and the winning Three-Minute Thesis presentation at a 9 a.m. opening ceremony in 1322 Jamrich Hall. The awards recognize the best posters, library and archives research, and student technology innovation. Oral presentations will be delivered from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. in 1322 and 1313 Jamrich. Posters will be on display throughout the Jamrich main floor lobbies from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., with students giving poster presentations from 12:30-1:30.
