Amber Burden
Mrs. Burden received a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Northern Michigan University, and is now a Project Manager/Estimator for Hallack Contracting in Hart, Mich. Amber brings nearly two decades of site/civil construction experience and is responsible for managing all of Hallack Contracting’s municipal and MDOT projects, from bidding to close-out.
She has also assumed the role of Safety Officer within the company. Amber developed, and is responsible for enforcement of the company-wide safety-training program.
