Chris Singer
Chris has over fourteen years of experience in construction. Eight years of those years were spent in industrial construction estimating, and six years of those years were spent in heavy industrial and commercial operations, project engineering, and design.
He has a strong background in mechanical design and estimating. He also has experience in power generation, environmental, refinery, solar generation, critical mission centers, battery storage, pulp and paper, fabrication, and food and beverage processing industries.
Chris is responsible for department activities related to estimating, bid proposals, and resources associated with client requirements. These items include managing proposal budgets and bid review meetings, overseeing personnel schedules, and the coaching and development of company individuals. He coordinates and confers with professional staff to resolve department operational issues, recommends department operation procedures, and reviews all bids and estimates for field construction and fabrication. In addition, Chris assists business development with opportunity development by providing technical project assistance, estimating schedule requirements, and clarifications.
