Tom Keranen
Mr. Keranen’s career spans 40+ years between the fields of engineering, project management and construction law. He maintains active involvement with a variety of organizations and agencies; the American Bar Association, the Associated General Contractors, the Michigan Road Builders Association and the American Arbitration Association.
As both an attorney and arbitrator, Mr. Keranen has built a broad array of relationships. Notably, he was the legal counsel for the consortium of organizations that created Consensus Docs®, which are contract documents that incorporate a shared risk approach to the construction process for Designers, Constructors and Owners.
