To support the University’s new Strategic Plan and to advance the core functions of the academic core of the University, the following will be the Academic Affairs Priorities for the 2024-2025 academic year.  The work will continue for years to come and this year our goal is to get organized about our work, build infrastructure, and move the needle toward improvement.

Our approach to this work is achieving excellence through collaboration for long-term impact for students, the university community, and the region.

Below you will see the twelve strategies and the lead individuals for each strategy.  If you have questions or ideas, please contact the lead.  We will provide updates on the work through links to the various ongoing activities below.
