All Northern Michigan University student contestants must be enrolled during the 2023-24 academic year.
The proposed business is original and currently does not exist as described.
Contestants are responsible for all copyright, trademark, and patent issues.
If the proposal is selected for continuation in the Competition, the contestants commit to preparing and submitting a full-fledged business plan as per guidelines by February 17, 2024, and participating in all elements of Competition Day on February 23, 2024, as per guidelines.
All rules and guidelines of the Competition will be adhered to.
