Kymberly obtained her Bachelor's degree in psychology from Northern Michigan University. She has been a licensed attorney for nearly 20 years and focuses her practice exclusively on criminal defense and family law. During this talk, Kymberly will discuss how the application of the psychological principles that you are learning today impact real people in real cases, including how police use deception and coercion in their investigations, the art of jury selection, and why good people do dumb things.
