The Registrar's Office is located in Suite 2202 C.B. Hedgcock (campus map). Hedgcock can be reached off of Seventh Street or, if coming from Wright Street, off of Tracy Avenue.

Winter Semester Grades
Winter 2026 Grades will be available on Thursday, May 7.
Directions for Obtaining Final Grades
- Go to your MyNMU;
- enter your User ID and Password;
- click on the Final Grades tile.
Print a Copy of Your Grades
On your laptop computer Final Grades page;
- on your keyboard, press CTRL + P;
- print grades or save final grades as a PDF.
If you do not know or have forgotten your user ID and password go to myuser.nmu.edu to look it up or reset it.
Request Transcripts
All transcript requests must be submitted through the online ordering system.
Order transcripts online and receive them as fast as 20 minutes!

This includes: name; local address, local telephone number, permanent address, permanent telephone number; NMU e-mail address; dates of attendance at the university, enrollment status, degrees earned, honors, awards, participation in officially recognized university activities and sports(includes height and weight of student athletes), current term candidacy for degrees and/or teaching certification; program level, class standing, major/minor; your image in photographs.
