Winter Semester Workshops

Career Services offers career-oriented workshops each semester to current students and NMU alumni.  Each workshop will have both in-person and virtual options and are free to attend.  Topics include resume and cover letter building, tips for attending job fairs, networking, interview skills, salary negotiation and more!

Looking for a job while attending NMU? Check out Handshake - our job-posting system!  Once you have registered for classes, we will create an account for you associated with your NMU email address. Please allow 3-5 business days for this to happen.  To access your account, log into MyNMU and click on 'Handshake' under the 'Student Services' tab.
