Lincoln Avenue Townhouses are located on the west end of campus near Wright Street. Although the majority of the townhouses are two levels, there are two one-level townhouses.

Your rent in the townhouses includes:

There is a shared community laundry facility close by and parking available in front of each building for tenants and their guests. Barrier free units are available.

The Lincoln Townhouses are two bedrooms and are approximately 850 square feet.

All apartments are carpeted and come with:

  • 1 linen closet
  • Storage space under the stairs
  • Built-in closet in each bedroom
