Apply for University Housing
Whether you're looking to live in the campus residence halls or apartments, you'll need to submit an application for housing.
Find the application by logging into mynmu.nmu.edu and clicking on the Housing Portal.
NMU’s Housing 2024/2025 Winter Application is now open!
FALL 2025 application is expected to be available for new/transfer students starting February 17th.
- Residential Hall Housing: There are two application payments required for Residential Hall Housing; the $50 application and the $200 advanced payment. Complete both payments to reserve your spot.
- On-Campus Apartments: There's currently a waiting list for on-campus apartments. Applications require a $125 deposit.
- Summer Housing: The Summer Housing Application is not available at this time.
