Have an emergency?
If there is a maintenance emergency, please contact your front desk, a residence life staff, or our office (906.227.2620) immediately. If you need something fixed that is not an emergency, follow the steps on this page.
Steps to Submit a Maintenance Request:
- Go to the Housing Portal: mynmu.nmu.edu
- Click "More Tasks" then click "Maintenance Request"
- Fill out all information under "Submit a New Maintenance Request". Be sure to indicate a phone number and permission for maintenance to enter if you're not there.
- Click Submit
