Maintenance Request - NMU Housing and Residence Life

1. Go to MyNMU
2. Click the Housing Portal block.
3. Click Room Maintenance on the taskbar.
4. Click My Jobs.
5. Click New Job and select your room number.  Be sure to indicate a phone number and permission for maintenance to enter if you're not there.
6. Click Submit.

If there is a maintenance emergency, please contact your front desk, a residence life staff, or our office (906.227.2620) immediately.
