Sidewalk Chalk Competition
Monday, Sept. 11 | 10 a.m.-2 p.m. | Academic Mall
Taking place in the Academic Mall (between Harden Hall and West Science), the Sidewalk Chalk Competition is a chance for residence halls, club sports, and student organizations to show their Wildcat Pride and create the best design corresponding with the Homecoming theme.
Pre-Parade Party
Thursday, Sept. 14 | 4 - 9 p.m. | Superior Dome
The golf carts are back! All registered residence halls, club sports teams, and student organizations will have valuable time to decorate their cart with the Homecoming theme. Participating groups will be judged during the Parade on Saturday, Oct. 2 and are competing for cash prizes.

Homecoming Parade
Friday, Sept. 15 | 5:30 p.m. | Third Street
Come see parade floats, get candy and enjoy everyone's favorite tradition!
Parade Route: To start, the parade will turn right on Fair (in front of the Berry Events Center), go up Third, turn left on Hewitt, go down Front, and finish back behind the Superior Dome.

Tailgate
Saturday, Sept. 16 | 11 a.m.-1:30 p.m. | Superior Dome
Join the tailgate before the homecoming football game!

NMU Football vs. UW-La Crosse
Saturday, Sept. 16 | 2 p.m. | Superior Dome
The NMU Football game will be the grand finale of Homecoming week featuring the marching band. This is an event you won't want to miss!

Dead River Games
Sunday, Sept. 17 | 1 p.m. Clark Lambros Beach Park
Held at Clark Lambros Park at the mouth of the Dead River, residence halls, club sports teams, and student organizations will compete in one of Homecoming's longest traditions--Dead River Games. Consisting of a series of relay races, this is an exciting and entertaining event for participants to compete for prizes. Spectators are welcome!
All details and registration information for student organizations who would like to compete in the Homecoming events will be available on The Hub NMU.
