Instructions: All completed Inclusion Forms must be submitted for GEC review through the Share@ NMU General Education Submission site by the Department Head of the Department in which the course resides. Please be sure to refer to the Rubric and Guidance documents for each component (below) when preparing your proposal.

GEC Meeting Minutes
